My friend Nadira (who I have known since high school!) contacted me to take pictures of her beautiful daughter as she went to her high school prom. Mariah wanted beachy photos, so we decided to meet up at Cypress Point Park. It’s perfect because you get the beachy feel without having to drive across the bridge, all the way to the beach. Well, it’s usually perfect, but this day was apparently family reunion day and the place was PACKED! We still made it work, though! The limo pulled up, I hopped in and the driver skillfully maneuvered through the windy, crowded parking lot to the perfect spot. We walked down by the water and took some photos, the whole way people yelling out to her how beautiful she looked and how much they loved her dress! I couldn’t agree with them more!
Mariah’s brother, Brandon came and joined us for a few pictures!
On the way back to the limo we stopped to take a few quick ones in the chair I brought with me- the chair that someone later took as I was taking pictures of the group in front of the limo. Yes, someone stole my chair! This was the last time I saw it 🙁
There was a little girl walking past that was telling her mom that Mariah looked like a princess and kept saying ‘Hi, Princess!’ She was cracking us up! So cute.
