Thank you to those who nominated someone for Giving is Awesome. We have chosen the winner… Congrats, Gina M. and thank you, Christine S. for nominating her! Here is Christine’s entry:
Gina is a wonderful mommy of two beautiful children. She is dedicated to her family and her country. She has served in our military and has recently received orders to go to Iraq for over a year, leaving in March! This will be an extreme hardship on her family, her little ones only being 3 and 4 years old. She has helped keep the family afloat as her husband has been going to school and if she goes to Iraq, there is a huge possibility that they will not be able to keep their home. I think that this gift of photography would lift her spirit and give her a beautiful reminder of her loved ones if and when she leaves to serve our country abroad.
We cannot wait to meet Gina and give a little back to her after all she gives to our country and everyone around her.
We have also decided to give a runner-up gift…
